WAFFLE MIX - traditional perfect waffle mix, easy to prepare, the batter with ideal consistency and delicate aroma. The baked waffles are golden, fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, powdered eggs, raising agents: disodium diphosphate E450(i), sodium bicarbonate E500 (ii); whey powder, salt, flavouring, soy lecithin.
Preparation: Pour 1000 grams of water into a container, add 200 - 300 grams of oil (rapeseed oil preferred). While mixing, gradually add 1000 grams of mix. Mix at medium speed until a uniform consistency is obtained. Bake at 195 - 230 degrees Celsius for 3 - 4 minutes.
