The Bubble Waffle mix is a high-quality powdered concentrate for baking waffles that on other continents are called Bubble Waffles in English.
We developed this mix based on many years of experience in producing powdered food concentrates . The ingredients are precisely selected so that it can be baked freely on various Bubble Waffle machines regardless of conditions.
The carefully selected ingredients in the mix ensure a crispy, crunchy texture and a soft, fluffy centre. They can easily be rolled immediately after baking — there is no breaking or cracking effect. The delicate vanilla flavour goes perfectly with ice cream scoops, whipped cream and fruit, or classically with icing sugar.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, whey powder, egg powder, raising agents: disodium diphosphate E450 (i), sodium bicarbonate E500 (ii); salt, flavouring, soy lecithin.
Preparation: Pour 1000 g of water and 200 g of rapeseed oil into a bowl. While mixing, gradually add 1000 g of mix. Mix all components on medium speed until a smooth consistency is obtained. Bake at 195 - 230 degrees Celsius for 2 - 3 minutes.
